Thousands Reached with the Gospel

For everyone who doesn’t want to give out tracts to trick or treaters because you don’t want anything to do with Halloween, this testimony is for you.

Did Russia Discover Satan’s Plot Against the Bible?

In the 19th century, the Russians found themselves in possession of a “Bible” thought to be the “discovery of a generation.”  They studied it a while, and then decided to sell it.  Why?  What did they learn that made them decide to just turn it into some quick cash? 

Here are the things happening this week.

Missionary Pat Caspary shares pictures from one of the ministries he works with.  He writes: “This pastor has done, and will do, many outreaches to refugee camps and villages, so he is a prime dedicated pastor and leader of ministry work and an orphanage. We met he and his wife inside Burma and did teaching in their Bible school and church where they were. They escaped later into Thailand. Here, tonight, are the newest photos which show what they will be doing to teach any age.”

Missionary Joshua Stokes in Malaga just received another 20,000 tracts for his outreach here.

Missionary Seth Cuthbertson received the 30,000 Chick tracts that we shipped to him.  They are already using them, and he writes: “My people here love them and like how much easier it makes it for them to share the Gospel. People here are eager to have something good to read so they get received with very eager hands.”

Lordson Roch has a great team flooding Goa, India with the Chick tracts you provided.  In the picture below, on the left we see the beaming face of a young man who saw two people reading the tract “A Love Story” on the bus, and asked if he could read it, too.  After reading it, he called Pastor Roch to hear more about the Gospel.  Roch writes: ‘I preached unto him Jesus.  He came to church on SONday and worshiped the Lord with us.  Please pray for him.  Don’t let anyone discourage you from distributing Gospel tracts!”

Millions of Chick tracts that you provided are circulating all over the Philippines.  At this time another container packed to the ceiling is arriving in Manila.  One of the ministers using these tracts, Pastor Ballonado, shares this picture of young men engrossed in the Gospel, the most important message they will ever read.

Missionary Lacy Wheeler sends containers of Bibles and literature to many Latin American countries each year.  He has requested 400,000 Chick tracts for a container being shipped in the next several months.  When he asks the local pastors what they need, they tell him “Chick tracts!”

Missionary Nico Verhoef travels all over Europe, arranging teams for evangelism and conducting seminars.  He needs a printing of 10,000 German “Greatest Story Ever Told” for the churches he works with in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (all German-speaking).
