Why Do So Many Hate the Jews?

Throughout history, the Jewish people have stood out as innovators, leaders, and survivors. From making groundbreaking scientific discoveries to revitalizing the land of Israel, their contributions to the world are undeniable. Yet, time and again, they have faced hostility and persecution. Could jealousy over their success be a driving force behind this persistent hatred?

Read about the little-known link between America’s dealings with Israel, and American prosperity (or disasters).

Available in two formats:

Learn about:

  • The Jewish merchants who helped fund and supply the American Revolution at their own expense.
  • The American president who promised the Arabs he would not support a nation of Israel without Arab approval... and his heart stopped a week later.
  • The four U.S. Presidents who betrayed Israel, and saw America immediately ravaged by increasingly costly disasters.

Most of the people who visit churches on Resurrection Sunday will hear the pastor's message but, for various reasons, they won't decide to receive Jesus that day.

You can give them another chance by sending the gospel home with each visitor. Simply insert a copy of “Poor Little Lamb” or “The Empty Tomb” inside the church bulletin or pew. You can also give one to every visitor as they leave your service.

Later, as the Holy Spirit keeps knocking at the door of their hearts, they can read what to do, and what to pray. It could be their last opportunity!

"The Empty Tomb"

Description: The story of Christ's resurrection from the dead. Because of the empty tomb, Jesus is the only way to heaven.

"Poor Little Lamb"

Brought back until supplies run out. Hurry!

Description: The Passover lamb saved the lives of the firstborn Jews in Egypt. Now Jesus is the Lamb who can save you!

Mission Report Update

Thanks to your faithful giving, huge numbers of Chick tracts continue to go to missionaries worldwide. Here are a few things happening right now:

Guatemala – Missionary Carlos Donate has served in Guatemala for years, and has built up quite a network of churches devoted to spreading the Gospel here.  During just over a year, the Chick Mission Fund provided him with several shipments totaling 100,000 Chick tracts. Here he reports on how they were used:

The first 60,000 of the 100,000 Spanish "Esta Fue Tu Vida" tracts (1,000 per box)  were distributed to a group of 60 churches of like faith located in the southern part of Guatemala. These 60 churches also received RVG Spanish Bibles as part of a package in gratitude for helping unload the 20' container. The arrangement we had with these churches was that they had to witness to people, not just give them a tract.
10,000 of the 100,000 tracts sent had our church address on the back. We have been able to hand those here in our neighborhood. As a result, several families were won to Christ, baptized, and currently attending our church.
Another 20,000 tracts were likewise distributed to churches in the north-eastern part of Guatemala. These are remote village churches and missions, so getting to them was challenging, and we even ruined the motor of the pickup used to transport them high in the mountains, but was well worth it!
Our desire is to continue supplying "evangelism packages" consisting of whole Bibles, Scripture portions and Chick Tracts to these and other churches and ministries in Guatemala and Honduras on a regular basis. Our distribution ministry has a name: Faith Steps. It is based out of our church, Misión Bautista Bíblica de Colinas (MBBC).

Note: There are now one million more Chick tracts on the way to this network of believers.  They will use them well!

 This Week

  • Papua New Guinea – 165,000 Chick tracts in Pidgin and Chinese (many Han Chinese live here) were shipped to be included in a container headed for Ken Seremak in Mt. Hagen, the capital of the Highland Province in Papua New Guinea.
  • Zambia – 70,000 tracts were shipped to be loaded on a ship on the East Coast, headed for Mike Dobbins in Zambia.
  • Mauritius – 10,000 tracts were shipped this week to James Herringson on the island of Mauritius.
  • Azores – 25,000 tracts were shipped this week to meet the teams coming in June to conduct a big outreach across these islands.  Missionary Brian Green will lead this outreach. Another 25,000 are being shipped soon!
  • Philippines – Work is underway producing the 1.7 million Chick tracts going into this container.  It’s a massive job that we must finish in the next few weeks, because we have a steamship booking to load this container on the 27th of this month!  Here are a few photos from the last container.  Many ministries are waiting for more tracts!  People in this nation readily accept the tracts and read them.  The opportunity here is huge!

Coming Up:

We still need quite a bit of funding to complete the Philippine container, and requests for 400,000 tracts for Honduras and 10,000 tracts for Norway.  No matter how much turmoil we see in the world, people still need Jesus!
