Can America Be Saved From Itself?

A recent study shows that over 60% of Americans no longer believe that God has any effect on their lives. Even more troubling, nearly half of self-identified Christians believe the same thing...

We have an adorably cute puppy.  He attracts people like a magnet.  I have recently designed a note from him to his admirers.  It basically thanks them for petting him because he really loves pets.  And then "he" says that he would love for them to read the booklet enclosed because his hoomans will be in heaven one day and he wants them to be there too. After they pet Bubba, I tell them that  Bubba wants to give them a gift and then hand them the tract and note.

Most of the people who visit churches on Resurrection Sunday will hear the pastor's message but, for various reasons, they won't decide to receive Jesus that day...

Through your giving, more than 62 million Chick tracts have gone worldwide for missions!  Missionaries and local ministries who work with them are so grateful.

Here is one of their messages of gratitude.

Mexico – For years, you supported Missionaries John and Eileen Pendleton with Chick tracts in Mexico.  When the Lord took him home in 2022, Eileen stayed to continue the ministry.  Here she writes to tell you of her gratitude:

“I have witnessed to people here in central Mexico with Chick tracts and preaching in all manners: door to door, in the open air, in business, and ALL OVER, where there are mainly Catholics, for 40 years. But I want to tell you that in the last year or so I have never seen such a positive response with thousands of people coming  know Jesus. The Chick tracts that you have donated to me are passed out to all people who want one. At the hospital where I preach every Tues. and Thurs. the people who want one and get one usually start reading it right away. I can't  tell you what a blessing those tracts are to me, and the ones who receive them. 

THANK YOU SO SO SO SO MUCH.  THERE AREN'T WORDS ENOUGH TO THANK  YOU AND THE LORD FOR GIVING ME THE PRIVILEGE OF LEADING PEOPLE TO KNOW JESUS AND GIVING THEM A CHICK TRACT.

I AM NOW A WIDOW AND HAVE LIMITED FUNDS, SO YOUR DONATION TO ME OF THE TRACTS IS SUCH A GIGANTIC BLESSING.”

Philippines – Another container of 1,841,000 Chick tracts is at sea, on the way to Manila!  We hear from many of the ministries there as they use the tracts to call Filipinos away from the idolatry of Catholicism and to life in Jesus!  Thank you for making this possible.

Honduras – Last October, you provided 200,000 Chick tracts for a container that Missionary Lacy Wheeler was sending with Bibles into Honduras.  Local pastors and ministries from all over came to his distribution point and picked up the boxes.  They have been passing them to unsaved people all over Honduras, but have finally run out.

Here is a short report from just one of the many ministries that was involved in this outreach:

"We are Ronny and Keren Cruz, distributors in Tela, Honduras. We love the Chick tracts and are very thankful for your ministry. In January, we received a container with tracts and Bibles from Appalachian Bible & Tract Distributors. Within 3 weeks, we had the whole container distributed throughout the whole country. We receive notifications from different ones almost weekly on the blessing the tracts are to them. We have one chiropractor who has been asking for specific tracts as well since he witnesses to Mormons and others. We have given him what we can. We personally as a ministry with the street children, use the Chick tracts whenever we are out on the streets.

Within the past month, we were allowed the opportunity to enter 3 different schools to provide school supplies to the children. Within these 3 schools, a total of 400 children and teachers received a tract. Several of the teachers mentioned they would use them in the education classes and talk to the children about what the tract says. Another local pastor asked us for some boxes of (Spanish) “This Was Your Life.” He goes into the local businesses and passes them out there. He also uses them in the local schools. We pray you will be able to continue printing so many more souls can be saved. We are in desperate need of 400,000 more tracts ASAP. As we said before, the tracts disappeared very quickly. There is a great need for more!"
