God's response to those who try to divide "His land."

Each time America promoted a "Middle East Peace Plan" that involved dividing Israel's land, America had another disaster. 

Kept some at my shop on the counter. A customer picked up one with a funny face. I told him he could keep it. He told me that years ago he was searching for meaning. And when he was leaving the Navy to find that meaning, a sailor whom he barely knew, handed him that very tract. The customer told me that he kept it and read it. And about 6 months later gave his life to Christ. He was an older man, but he still walked with the Lord... So you never know how the Lord will use something as seemingly inconsequential as a little paper tract.  – R.B. (Texas)

Because so many of you have been faithfully giving, we are continuing to send large quantities of Chick tracts to missionaries all over the world.  Already this year, you have provided more than six million Chick tracts for missions, with more going every week!

Greece – 50,000 English tracts cleared customs and were delivered this week to Missionary Emanuel Negru and his team.  As they move their team in motorhomes all summer through 50 cities in Greece, they preach in the markets, on the streets, and pass out Chick tracts.  They are running into large numbers of tourists, who often speak English.  Now they have a gospel message to give these people that they can take home.

While out for evangelism in Katerini, I saw three teenagers and approached them with a tract, with the intention to share the Gospel with them.  I asked them a simple question: “What happens after you die?” With absolute certainty, they answered me: “Heaven.” I continued with the next questions: “Are you a sinner? Where do sinners go?”  They gave me all the right answers: “Jesus paid for everything, and I accepted His gift.”  I felt shocked and asked if they had heard that before.  Then, one of them answered: “Last year I saw your presentation, but I didn’t talk to anybody from your team.  But when I went home, I prayed to God to save me.  Then, I shared the same message with my friends, and five of them did the same.”  That night, he was there with three of these five friends, and I felt so overwhelmed with joy.

Philippines – We have begun to print the many tract titles, in Filipino, Cebuano and English, that are needed for the next container to the Philippines.  Many of these missionaries have entire teams of local pastors that they encourage in soul-winning, and they are so happy to have Chick tracts because everyone reads them!  The space in this container is filling up quickly.  We expect to get it shipped by the end of this year or beginning of the next.  Your faithful giving is making this possible.

Tracts from the last container are being spread all over the country.  But so many have still not heard.

Suriname – The 20,000 Chick tracts in Dutch and Suriname have been completed and are now in transit to Paramaribo, Suriname.  Lying on the northern coast of South America, Suriname is one of the smallest countries in South America and much of it is covered by jungle.  A large part of the population lives in the capital of Paramaribo, where Missionary Mark Mariner serves.

Germany and Czech Republic – This week, the 30,000 German and Czech tracts requested by Missionary Richard Weimer were delivered to him in Dresden, Germany.  He will use the German tracts in his ministry, and provide the Czech tracts to his missionary son Samuel in the Czech Republic.

Canada – Missionary Brian Green of Seed for the Cities just got back from the multi-island outreach in the Azores, and is now heading for Toronto, Canada, for an outreach at the end of August.  A number of events will bring crowds into the city at that time, and Green is bringing a big group to hand out large numbers of Chick tracts that you provided.

India – Don’t forget to pray for Lordson Roch as he and his team continue to work in the crowded places of Goa, India.  You just equipped them with 40,000 Hindi and English Chick tracts, so they are staying busy!

Mexico – Missionary Lacy Wheeler, who has a passion for literature distribution, shared this short video with us showing a group of kids on the last day of VBS in Mexico, each receiving a packet of goodies with a Chick tract.  Thank you for providing those tracts!
