Hello! I have read Chick tracts for many years! I first saw them in the ’70s at a bookstore. I love them! I pass them everywhere!

This is what I did on Halloween: I put many of them on a table. They were all gone except just a small handful—at least 200 or more!

My husband and I have been giving out tracts with the candy for years. Several years ago, the Lord put it on our hearts to collect Bibles throughout the year and give them out as well.

We’ve heard kids coming down the block saying, “This is the house where we get those little books we like!” They reach for the Bibles and tracts first. Some get so excited they ignore the candy! One little girl held the Bible close to her chest and said, “You mean I can have my very own Bible?”

Last year, a young teen picked out a Bible. He thanked me so graciously and then went on with his folks. Later, he and his family came back to the other side of the street where the firehouse was having a party. He crossed over and thanked me again.

During the summer, as I sat on my front lawn, he rode by, stopped, and came back when he saw me. He reminded me that he was one who got a Bible at Halloween and just wanted to thank me again.

I never used to give out tracts. But as I listened to more and more teaching about the King James Bible being the real one, and switched back to it (I was raised on it and still had the one my mother gave me at 6 years old when I got saved), I became more concerned about souls.

Since brother Daniels promoted Chick tracts, I ordered some and began using them. I hand them to checkout clerks, leave them in bathrooms, leave them on self-checkout stations, leave them at the drive-throughs at pharmacy and bank, hand them to doctors and nurses and receptionists, mail them in bills and once I put one in the outgoing mail box at the post office. I have to pray fervently for boldness to do it, because I am naturally not bold enough.

Increased prices of paper, ink, boxes, and shipping have finally forced us to a small, 1 cent change in the price of Chick tracts.

They will be 21 cents in packages, and 23 cents in singles starting Nov. 1

As missionaries keep requesting Chick tracts for their outreaches, you all have been amazing in supporting them!  So far, just this year, the Mission Fund has already shipped more than 8 million Chick tracts all over the world!

Guyana – A few weeks ago, you provided Missionary Noel Shrivnaulth with 22,000 Chick tracts.  He is making sure they get passed out.  Here are a few photos of the Guyanans reading the Gospel from you.  The school children in the pictures below are from a Bible club held weekly.  They received Christ as Saviour.  The young man in the red shirt was a worker in a hardware store who stopped what he was doing and began reading the tract immediately.

Philippines – As we continue to print the 2.4 million Chick tracts that will go in the next container, the tracts from the last container keep working!  Because of the bold Filipino tract distributors, people all over this island nation are learning the simple Gospel.  Here are a few pictures of what is happening right now.

Mexico – Seeds of Grace Transportation is preparing to send another truck south to Oaxaca, Mexico for Missionary Joe Hendrigsman.  We hurried and sent him all that we had printed to be included in that shipment.  This project is 2/3 complete!

Japan – Missionary E. G. is really getting Chick tracts all over the Tokyo area.  He is running out again, and needs another 10,000 Japanese “Cleo.”  He finds that this title resonates well with them.  We are preparing to print these for him.

Israel – The missionary with whom we work in Israel (name withheld) just this week received the proof from the printer.  He approved that and production of 65,000 Chick tracts is now underway.  This project will soon be complete, and the dual-language Chick tracts will begin to flood neighborhoods again.
