Christians Fight Back in the UK

Christian leaders across the United Kingdom are sounding the alarm as government policies threaten to silence biblical truth and erase the nation’s Christian foundation. The issue at hand this time is a proposed ban on “conversion therapy” – a term for helping someone get rid of unwanted same-sex attraction.

I was standing in public and someone walked up to me and said “Excuse me, sir.  A few months ago you gave me a little booklet.  Because of that I will now go to heaven.”  It was a Chick tract.  – D. R. (Florida)

My sister during her praying for me kept sending me Chick tracts. “This is your Life” really got me thinking … I called her one day and said: “Will you please STOP sending me this crap”?  I praise God she kept it up … she passed a few years ago and I miss her so much.  When she changed her prayers to just this one:  “God, please do whatever it takes to save my brother”. . .   Boy did He!!  – M.A. (Email)

Increased prices of paper, ink, boxes, and shipping have finally forced us to a small, 1 cent change in the price of Chick tracts.

They are now 21 cents in packages, and 23 cents in singles.

As missionaries keep requesting Chick tracts for their outreaches, you all have been amazing in supporting them!  So far, just this year, the Mission Fund has already shipped more than 8 million Chick tracts all over the world!

Italy – Missionary Charlotte Jones in Florence, Italy, serving with Pioneer Missions.  She requested Italian tracts for her outreach.  We sent those this week. 

Philippines – We now have nearly half of all the pallets of Chick tracts assembled for the 7th Philippine container (which will be 2.4 million tracts total).  While that is going on, we keep getting reports and pictures from the ministries using the more than 2 million tracts from the last container.  Here are a few pictures, where we can see that Filipinos in all walks of life are getting the Gospel.

Thailand – Missionary Pat Caspary introduced us to Tin Tin Zion, working along the Burma/Thai border.  He tells us, “She swam from Burma to Thailand, in a hail of bullets.  Lived in a refugee camp for years. Now teaches the Word and passes out tracts and food, as seen again, in these photos this week.”

Colombia – Missionary Peter Putney has just received the first of two shipments of Chick tracts (Spanish “Superstar”) for his work in Rionegro, Colombia.  To minimize customs costs, we ship in repeated small shipments to this country.

Mexico – We are continuing to work on two projects here.  We are working to finish up the 2.4 million Spanish tracts requested by Missionary Joe Hendrigsman for his network of churches, and also to complete the 500,000 for Missionary Lacy Wheeler in Irapuato.

Papua New Guinea – We have finished printing the 320,000 tracts for Papua New Guinea requested by Dave Darling of Campaigns for Christ.  They are headed for Ohio where they will be loaded into the container.
