He Is Risen! Send the Gospel Home With Your Visitors
Resurrection Sunday: March 31, 2024

Years ago, Jack Chick realized that most of the people who visit churches this time of year will hear the pastor's message, but for various reasons, they don’t decide to receive Jesus that day.

It's so easy to delay life's most important decision!

You can give them another chance by sending the gospel home with each visitor. Simply insert a copy of “Poor Little Lamb” or “The Empty Tomb” inside the church bulletin or pew. You can also give one to every visitor as they leave your service.

Later, as the Holy Spirit keeps knocking at the door of their hearts, they can read what to do, and what to pray. It could be their last opportunity!

"The Empty Tomb"

Description: The story of Christ's resurrection from the dead. Because of the empty tomb, Jesus is the only way to heaven.

"Poor Little Lamb"

Description: The Passover lamb saved the lives of the firstborn Jews in Egypt. Now Jesus is the Lamb who can save you!

Here are some other ways to share the Gospel this Easter

  • Share tracts online for free! Simply use the sharing icons located on each tract reading page, just below the cover.
  • Share "The Light of the World" film for free. It's available on YouTube.
  • Does your church have a food ministry? Give "John & Romans" booklets and "The Empty Tomb" to your visitors.
  • Add tracts to your church's Easter service invitations.
  • Send out Easter cards to your friends and family with a tract inside.

Let's Talk About Bible

Isn't "Easter" a Mistranslation of "Pascha" and Should It Be Translated As "Passover"?

Isn't ''Easter'' a Mistranslation of ''Pascha'' and Should It Be Translated As ''Passover''?

Easter, as we know it, comes from the ancient pagan festival of Astarte.

The festival involved a celebration of reproduction. For this reason the common symbols of Easter festivities were the rabbit (the same symbol as "Playboy" magazine), and the egg. Both are known for their reproductive abilities.

In this excerpt from, "The Answer Book", author Sam Gipp explains why the King James Bible translators correctly translated the Greek word "Pascha" to the English word "Easter" in Acts 12:4.

The many opponents to the concept of having a perfect Bible have made much of this translation of "pascha".

🏈 Super Bowl Witnessing!

By Tim Berends

Tim Berends in Las Vegas

In Las Vegas, we were on the MGM/NYNY bridge following the Super Bowl handing out “This Was Your Life” tracts.

Vegas is the secret suicide capital of the world where suicides are not reported as occurring here, but are recorded as happening in the hometowns of where people came from.

We also went to the Fremont Street Experience with gospel tracts. There was a very good response! Praise God!! Brother Daniel who was distributing tracts with me pointed out that there are a lot more people open to the tracts on Fremont Street Experience than on the bridges on the Las Vegas strip.

Years ago, I was on the bridge and a Middle Eastern man came my way. I greeted him in Arabic and gave him a copy of the Chick tract, “Is Allah Like You?”

He took it and started looking through it and asked, “What religion is this?” What came out of my mouth was, “This is a religion where you don’t have to kill people to get to Heaven.” He replied, “Oh.”

Please pray God will water those seeds from the tracts that were handed out tonight.

Thanks, beloved!
