Abortion and Gender Pushed on Little Minds

Parents beware! Your children are being targeted and it's far worse than you think.

Abortion advocacy group Shout Your Abortion (SYA), is releasing a children’s book titled Abortion Is Everything. Shockingly, it’s aimed at kids ages five to eight. The book describes abortion as a tool that empowers children and adults alike to “shape our destinies.” It even encourages kids to see the ending of unborn lives as something positive.

The book was created by artist-educator Rachel Kessler and activist Amelia Bonow. Its pages feature playful watercolor illustrations that appeal to young audiences. SYA is purposefully marketing the book as a way to “rewrite cultural scripts about abortion at the most foundational level.”

The book is already rolling out with a year-end campaign promotion. Donors giving $100 or more to the organization’s campaign will receive a signed copy. As an organization, this latest push continues their efforts to normalize abortion and fund procedures while “eradicating stigma.” Now they’re perverting the youngest minds and instructing them to believe that murder in the womb is not only “okay” but is, in fact, a “superpower.” Absolutely sickening.

LGBTQ Agenda In Your House

In the land of streaming and entertainment, Netflix has emerged as a leading platform — for gender messaging aimed at children. A report from Concerned Women for America (CWA) reviewed 326 Netflix shows. The shows were rated TV-G (all children), TV-Y (children aged 2-6), or TV-Y7 (children 7+). The CWA report found that LGBTQ themes appear in roughly one-third of all kids’ programming. When looking specifically at TV-G and TV-Y7 programing, LGBTQ content was found in 41% of the shows. This content is aimed at children as early as preschool and progresses through elementary ages.

Parents might think they’re safe when they let kids watch classics from their childhood like The Magic School Bus and Strawberry Shortcake. Unfortunately, even these shows are no longer safe. Classic franchises have been rebooted with LGBTQ characters in the background to subtly push the agenda without parents realizing it. Newer series like Dead End: Paranormal Park feature transgender characters in upfront and leading roles.

According to CWA CEO Penny Nance, “Over 20% of the programming aimed at the smallest viewers had LGBTQ themes included.” The smallest viewers include pre-school and under! Nance warns that rating systems no longer shield children from ideological content. She encourages parents to navigate streaming platforms with extreme caution. No longer can parents assume a program is “okay” just because they watched a version of it when they were kids.

Kindergarteners Targeted During School Time

In classrooms, the push is no less aggressive. Seattle Public Schools has developed “K–5 Gender Book Kit Lessons,” which introduce kindergarteners to the concept of gender as fluid. Students are taught that gender is “a person’s feelings about being boy or girl or another gender,” and that gender roles—such as baking being for girls and weightlifting for boys—are flexible depending on how a child feels.

The lessons use storybooks like Introducing Teddy, in which a boy teddy bear becomes a girl, and encourage children to internalize concepts of acceptance, compassion, and unique self-expression. Seattle Public Schools does not allow parents to opt children out of these gender identity lessons, citing that they cover “particular identities or groups of people.” This direct targeting indoctrinates children into progressive gender ideology at an age when they have no real understanding of the concepts.

Back to the Dark Ages?

Progressive (or shall we say regressive!) agenda in media, schools, and books is increasingly marketed directly to children. Unless parents stay aware, children will get exposed to this godless way of thinking before anyone catches on.

Penny Nance sums up the concern: “Parents are being gaslit. Just basic common sense tells you that people are impressionable, and children are even more impressionable.” The next generation is being shaped by content that normalizes abortion and radical gender ideology. If we’re not careful, our children will get swept into the crowd.

The Apostle Paul wrote to the Ephesians, “For it is a shame to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.” (Eph. 5:12) Children are subject to the strong power of a suggestion. If they hear something they don't understand they have a strong desire to know more about it. Paul knew this and warned us of this trap. Satan also is very aware of it and capitalizes on it every waking moment of each child's day.
