Your Identity Starts With Christ

Your identity is not defined by rejection, fear, your past, or changing feelings. Here's what God says about you:

Created by God

Your life is not an accident. You were made by God, and your worth begins with the One who created you.

Genesis 1:27

Genesis 1:27

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Offered a Place in God’s Family

Jesus knows the pain of rejection. When you receive Him and believe on His name, He gives you power to become a child of God.

John 1:11-13

John 1:11-13

He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

Made New in Christ

Jesus does more than offer advice. He offers forgiveness, a new beginning, and a life rooted in Him.

2 Corinthians 5:17

2 Corinthians 5:17

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Never Cast Out

When you come to Christ, He receives you. His welcome is not temporary, and you do not have to fear being rejected again.

John 6:37

John 6:37

All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.

Hope Has a Name

God does not leave you to figure out your identity on your own. Jesus calls you to come to Him and receive new life.

God knows you.

The Bible says God created you on purpose and knows you deeply.

Psalm 139:13-16
Psalm 139:13-16

...thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.

Something is broken.

We've all done things that hurt others and separate us from God.

Romans 3:23
Romans 3:23

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

✝

Jesus came for you.

Jesus lived a perfect life, died, and rose again to offer forgiveness and new life.

John 3:16
John 3:16

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

👥

You can come as you are.

You don't have to clean yourself up first. Jesus invites you to follow Him today.

Matthew 11:28
Matthew 11:28

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

You may be wondering

“Okay... but how do people actually find that kind of peace?”

Accept Jesus' invitation below.

A simple invitation

Jesus is not asking you to fix yourself first.

He is calling you to come to Him honestly: to admit that we have all sinned against God’s good design, and that going our own way has left us broken and separated from Him.

But Jesus paid the price for our sin. He died and rose again so everyone who believes in Him can be forgiven, made new, and brought back to God without condemnation.

He stands at the door and knocks. If you have never trusted Him, you can commit yourself to Christ right now, willing for Him to transform you into His image and ready to identify with Him.

Jesus, I need You. Forgive me. Make me new. Transform me into Your image. I want to identify with You and follow You.

You do not have to understand everything before you accept Jesus. You just need to open the door.

Scriptures
Scriptures behind the invitation
Revelation 3:20

Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him...

Romans 10:9

...if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Acts 16:31

...Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved...

Romans 8:1

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

2 Corinthians 3:18

...we all... beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory...

Romans 8:38-39

...[nothing] shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
