Thank you all for your amazing help to provide Chick tracts to missionaries. We get so many requests, and you provide the means to get the tracts into those missionaries’ hands. Through your giving, we ship millions of Chick tracts to missionaries every year.

Here is a brief review of what has happened since the last printed Battle Cry.

Missionary Brian Green of Seed for the Cities sent us a report on the 50,000 Portuguese tracts that were used this summer in the Azores Islands, off the coast of Portugal. They brought in a team of young people and, during a 21-day campaign, covered the six islands with Chick tracts. The result?

• After 8 services, 30 people saved immediately
• Thousands of people now hold the Gospel in their hand
• People have been visiting the website listed on the back of the tracts to learn more
• Others have emailed the leaders to learn more
• One woman rearranged her work schedule so she could bring her unsaved husband to Sunday morning service. That morning, he became gloriously saved!

We have completed printing another 700,000 toward the 2.4 million for Missionary Joe Hendrigsman in the southern Mexican state of Oaxaca. Many tracts from this project will go into the villages of two unreached areas in Mexico, the Santa Maria Quiegolani and Asuncion Tiacolula mountains. This brings us to 1.2 million tracts completed, with 1.2 million still to go!

Missionary Lordson Roch in Goa, India received a new printing of 40,000 Chick tracts in Hindi and English. He sent this photo of a precious family who recently trusted Christ, followed the Lord in water baptism, and now faithfully attend their church. Roch says, “We have countless testimonies of individuals and families who have come to Christ after reading these Chick tracts. Many have been added to our church.

Thanks to your support, we were able to print 55,000 dual-language tracts for use in Israel. These copies of “The Royal Affair,” the story of King David’s sin and repentance, will go into mailboxes (it’s legal there). That way, all sorts of families will be reached. There is the story in Hebrew at the top, and English at the bottom, so that Israelis who have recently come to Israel can use it to improve their Hebrew, and still get the Gospel!

The last container sent to the Philippines contained nearly 2 million Chick tracts. Photos keep coming in as local ministries pass them out on the streets. Workers are still begging for more. We are planning another container the end of this year or early next. Thank you for your faithfulness!

The 400,000 tracts you provided for this country have now been delivered to the container loading location in Tennessee. From there, they are headed to Dominican Republic. Missionary Lacy Wheeler has a whole network of churches waiting to distribute them.

So far, we have successfully delivered 10,000 Chick tracts to Mark Gerosin in Medellin, Colombia. To avoid problems with customs, we are shipping 5,000 at a time to him. He needs 20,000, so we are half-way there!

As Missionary Emanuel Negru led his team traveling to 50 cities throughout Greece, preaching and passing out tracts in the market places, he realized that he was meeting many people who did not speak Greek. They were tourists. Huge numbers of English-speaking tourists visit this country every year, and they need the Gospel, too! You made it possible to send him 50,000 “This Was Your Life” in English for those crowds of tourists.
