Missionary Pat Caspary poses with local soldiers whom he baptized recently. Caspary has spent 17 years in Southeast Asia establishing churches and teaching local pastors how to evangelize. They have used thousands of Chick tracts in the local languages, often in clandestine missions into territories hostile to the gospel.
Missionary Danny Callis has used hundreds of thousands of Chick tracts in Portuguese and Spanish. Here is a group of truck drivers waiting for a load in the outskirts of Salvador, Brazil. Callis furnished the tracts to the owners of the truck depot where drivers wait for hours. After reading the tracts, many ask for Bibles to keep in their trucks. Many drivers are accompanied by their families and the children come looking for more tracts in the waiting room.
